Harrison Street Real Estate is on the list. Harrison Street boast three badgers in upper management, Mark Burkemper (Senior Associate) Tonia Rumrill Nelson (Chief Risk Management Officer) and Robert Cook (asset manager) along with ten UW Real Estate Alumni James Choi, Steven Feeney, Beau Garot, Ben Hakes, Zachary Kranz, Andrew LeGrand, Mara Merutka, Brian Mutchler, Lindsey Rongstad, and Dustin Warner on staff.

Also named to this list was Rialto Capital Management, with UW Real Estate grad Joshua Cromer, who is Managing Director and Co-Head Investment Management - Credit Investments.

GreenOak Capital Management, boasting UW Real Estate alum Gabriel Rudert, as Senior Asset Manager, also made the list.
